How long does it take for an order to process before shipping?
Our beans are roasted daily and all orders by filled by hand to ensure that our coffee is delivered fresh. Most orders will be filled within 1-2 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your chosen option and location.
How long will shipping take?
All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours after packing from our warehouse in Savannah, GA. Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.
Can I bulk order coffee for an event?
We can cater to orders of any size, subject to availability of beans. As we are a small team, larger orders will take longer to fulfil. We will contact you directly to provide a timeframe for completion of your order.

Do you have light, medium & dark roast options?
We select a roast level to highlight the unique characteristics of our beans. The majority of our beans are medium, however we have a selection of light- & dark-roasted beans & blends to suit your palette.
Should I order whole bean or pre-ground coffee?
If you have a grinder, we recommend you buy whole beans to ensure long-lasting freshness. Otherwise, we are more than happy to grind your beans for you.
Are your decaf coffees completely caffeine-free?
Our decaffeinated coffees still contain a small level of caffeine, however this is only a fraction of the caffeine found in regular coffee.
